is made via our online forms when booking a
property, this is simply to help combat spam. The
owner will contact you with full property details
and the booking process. |

to Book |
|
| Normally
payments are made as follows: 25% deposit (non
returnable) to secure booking. Balance 8 weeks
before holiday. Cancellations: 6-8 weeks - 50% of
rate refunded. 2-6 weeks - 25% of rate refunded.
Less than 2 weeks - no refund. |
| What is a security deposit and why is it required? |

| Most of our properties have a security deposit this is security against damage and breakage, owners and agents have different ways of taking a security deposit.. .
|
|
| Payment |
| Deposit
and Payment can normally be made via credit card,
cheque or bank transfer. |
|
| Confirmation |
| Confirmation
will be sent via email, if you have not received
confirmation within 2 weeks of your holiday please
contact the owner or agent. The confirmation email
will contain your property details, dates of stay,
airport transfer and car hire details (if booked
through our agent). |

| Upon
Arrival: |
|
| If
you have booked our airport transfer service the
driver will meet you at the airport holding a board
with your name on, at the airport there are at times
a large number of drivers, remember our drivers have
never seen you so please look out, your driver will
take you straight to the door. |

| Problems: |
|
| In
the unlikely event you have a problem such as
equipment failure please contact the owner or your
agent straight away this way any problems can be
sorted out, never leave it until you return home. |

| Travel
Insurance: |
|
| Always
make sure you have adequate travel insurance cover,
should you have any medical problems such as high
blood pressure etc make sure the insurance company
